This private estate of old stone houses is located in Fakamia a peaceful hillside hamlet nearby NISAKI, the heart of the most beautiful and prestigious North East coast of Corfu. The property has been completely renovated, designed, and furnished by its owner who is a designer. The premises benefit from an exceptional view of the sea and the Greek and Albanian coasts. The villa benefits 16 hours a day from the sunshine. On the ground floor is the Master Suite comprising a Master bedroom with its ensuite bathroom, a living room with an open plan kitchen, and a guest bedroom with an adjacent shower room and loo. From the living room, a staircase leads to a covered terrace of 100 m2 with a summer dining area, lounge, and kitchenette. The second Master Bedroom with its ensuite bathroom is accessible downstairs from the pool terrace.
The third Master Bedroom with its ensuite bathroom is accessible from the outside on the upper level and opens onto a private terrace of 40 m2. The intermediate level gives access from the outside to a common living/dining room and a professionally equipped kitchen. A separate building offers a room with a shower and loo for staff. All the rooms of the property look onto the exceptional full sea view as well as the ground floor terrace with its swimming pool. This property is renting during the summer season for an occupancy of a maximum of 8 persons. The price is flexible according to the period, the number of occupants and the services provided (maid, cook, etc...).
