"Zaharenia" is a very spacious two-floor house surrounded by an outside patio and a balcony on the upper floor.  The ground floor consists of an L-shaped kitchen with a kitchen island that extends to an open-plan living and dining room. Next to the kitchen, there is also a storage room and a WC. The patio has a set of chairs and a table and is accessed by the living room door as well as the kitchen door.

The upper floor consists of the main bathroom and the three bedrooms. The first room is the master bedroom and has a split king size bed (1.80x2.00 meters), a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers with a mirror. The second bedroom functions both as a cozy living room as well as a bedroom as it has a sofa bed that converts to a double bed. It also has a wardrobe and a chest of drawers for storage. Both of the above rooms have access to a balcony with countryside and sea views. The third bedroom has two single perpendicular bunk beds, a desk, and a wardrobe.

The main bathroom is next to the rooms and has a wet shower, sink, and toilet.
