THE PROPERTY

The magnificent sea-front Villa-Resort  “NOELA” enjoys breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea and it stands in its own grove of 2.500 m2, planted with cypress, oaks and olive trees, ensuring total peace, privacy and relax.

The plot is a part of the historical park area of Achilleon Palace – the Residence of the Austrian Empress Elisabeth, and comes down directly to the beach.

The property has a unique architectural layout and can be occupied on 2 or 3 levels depending on the number of guests staying.  The main building is divided into 3 levels each consisting of 250 m2 (with the total inside area for all 3 levels being 750 m2) where each level is connected to the next by marble steps, stone roads and pergolas. Celebrating its gorgeous surroundings, NOELA Resort utilizes floor-to-ceiling openings along its sea-facing walls to invite fresh sea breeze and natural sunlight to fill its interior spaces. Inside, designers have put a trendy spin on traditional Greek architecture by straightening out the villa sightlines and maintaining the classic white-washed color scheme. The kitchens differentiate themselves with elegant, marble countertops and state of the art appliances. Lounge areas are adorned with top of the line electronics and designer furnishings. And, all bedrooms have direct access to an outdoor area.

NOELA makes it easy to manage your large group with its two fully equipped kitchens, 6 dining indoor and outdoor areas. Spacious lounge areas inside and on the terrace make it easy to gather as a group, while spaces like the Media / Cinema room, poolside lounge, and bistro-style sitting areas provide more private settings. Other features include satellite television, Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, safe and air conditioning.

Eight kilometers from home, the town of Corfu is where you’ll find authentic Greek restaurants, boutique shops, delicious bakeries, vibrant nightlife, and their prestigious golf and yacht clubs. If you feel like traveling a little further, consider a day trip by the private yacht to the north of Corfu, enjoying swimming and the Mediterranean dining with sea-food and fresh vegetables.

Each NOELA Resort level consists of:

Our Stay Policy

·       Minimum stay:   July 1 – September 30, 2022 : 7 nights

·       Payment terms: 30% - advance payment to confirm the booking, 70% - 30 day prior the arrival

·       Cancellation policy: advance of 30% is non-refundable

·       Damage deposit: 3.000 euro at the arrival in cash or via bank transfer (prior the arrival), return of the deposit at the departure date after check-out.
